3. Savings and Credit Facilities

• Deposits & Savings: All savings, compulsory deposits, and target investment contributions made via our online or offline payment gateways will be credited to the member's respective accounts subject to standard verification protocols.

• Credit/Loans: Loan applications, approvals, disbursements, and repayments are strictly governed by the active Tnest SACCO Credit Policy and specific terms agreed upon during the loan application process.

• Dividends: Dividend distribution rates and timelines are determined by the Board of Directors and approved during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) based on shared cooperative performance.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on this platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, customized cooperative logos, interfaces, images, data layouts, and underlying software—is the exclusive property of Tnest SACCO (or its digital services provider, Techqnest Systems) and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modifications are strictly prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Commit fraudulent activities, unauthorized financial transactions, or misrepresent identity.

While we strive to ensure 100% uptime and precise financial data reflection, Tnest SACCO shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from temporary platform downtimes, network communication failures by third-party payment gateways, or unauthorized access resulting from member negligence regarding password security.

Tnest SACCO reserves the right to review, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any given time. Members will be notified of major updates through our regular notification templates or official blog channels. Continued usage of the portal following modifications constitutes explicit acceptance of the updated terms.
